In simple terms, mental health is your internal "weather." It isn't just about whether or not you have a diagnosis; it’s the overall vibe of your thoughts, feelings, and how you’re handling life. Just like physical health is about how your body feels, mental health is about how your mind functions.Mental health is health. Period. It’s the engine behind how you learn, how you build friendships, and how you see the world. Checking in on your brain shouldn't be any more "weird" or "taboo" than checking in on a sprained ankle.
